摘要
在分析了包裹分拣系统性能需求后,提出了一套基于虚拟仪器技术的包裹分拣系统设计方案。系统通过条形码、称重模块对所接收到的包裹进行识别分类,同时由LabVIEW程序控制传送带与电动推杆实现包裹分拣。通过测试验证:该系统能对包裹进行快速有效的分拣,同时具有稳定性高的优点。
After analyzing the performance requirements of the parcel sorting system,a parcel sorting system design scheme based on virtual instrument technology was proposed.The system identifies and classifies the received packages through barcode recognition and weighing modules,while the LabVIEW program controls the conveyor belt and electric push rod to achieve package sorting.Through testing and verification,this system can quickly and effectively sort packages,while also having the advantages of high stability.
