基于多模态温度探测的输煤廊道火灾极早期发现系统开发

摘要 为了解决输煤系统复杂导致的廊道火灾不易在早期发现的问题,提出了一种多模态温度探测方法用于开发输煤廊道火灾极早期发现系统。核心思想是通过对温度场、热成像等多模态数据,运用智能温控分析技术,提高了火灾隐患早期预警的能力。首先通过红外成像和接触式测温终端,测量煤道的实时温度,并通过5G组网系统将温度信息实时传输。然后,通过认知智能终端温度变化过程自适应识别模型和积煤积粉区域火灾智能识别模型,实现早期火灾隐患区域。实验结果表明,开发的基于多模态温度探测的输煤廊道火灾极早期发现系统能有效地发现识别早期的火灾隐患。 In order to solve the problem that corridor fires are not easy to be detected very early due to the complexity of the coal transportation system,a multimodal temperature detection method is proposed for the very early detection of fires in coal transportation corridors,and a system for the very early detection of fires in coal transportation corridors is developed.The core idea is to improve the ability of early warning of fire hazards by applying intelligent temperature control analysis technology to multimodal data such as temperature field and thermal imaging.Firstly,the real-time temperature of the coal corridor is measured through infrared imaging and contact temperature measurement terminals,and the temperature information is transmitted in real time through a 5G networking system.Then,the early fire hazard area is realized through the cognitive intelligent terminal temperature change process adaptive identification model and the fire intelligent identification model of coal accumulation and powder accumulation area.
