摘要
目的探讨磁性服务理念联合五行音乐疗法应用于老年慢性胃炎患者的效果。方法前瞻性选取第九〇九医院进行治疗的老年慢性胃炎患者(100例),选取时间为2021年1月至2023年1月,并按照随机数表法将其分组,给予常规护理干预的50例患者为对照组,给予磁性服务理念联合五行音乐疗法的50例患者为观察组。观察两组干预效果、心理状态、自我护理能力及护理满意度。结果观察组干预总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者自我护理能力各指标均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论磁性服务理念联合五行音乐疗法应用于老年慢性胃炎患者可有效提高干预效果,改善其心理状态,提高自我护理能力及护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of combining magnetic service philosophy with five-element music therapy in elderly patients with chronic gastritis.Methods A prospective selection of 100 elderly patients with chronic gastritis treated at The 909th Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 was conducted.The patients were divided into two groups according to a random number table method.50 patients received routine nursing intervention were assigned to the control group,while 50 patients received magnetic service philosophy combined with five-element music therapy were assigned to the observation group.The intervention effect,psychological state,self-care ability,and nursing satisfaction were observed in both groups.Results The total effective rate of intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The self-care ability indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of magnetic service philosophy combined with five-element music therapy in elderly patients with chronic gastritis can effectively improve the intervention effect,psychological state,self-care ability,and nursing satisfaction.
