摘要
目的 探讨荆花胃康胶丸联合摩罗丹治疗老年慢性萎缩性胃炎伴Hp感染患者的疗效。方法 选择老年慢性萎缩性胃炎伴Hp感染患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用四联抗Hp感染治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用荆花胃康胶丸联合摩罗丹治疗,2组均治疗2周。统计2组治疗2周后疗效,比较2组治疗前和治疗2周后血清胃蛋白酶原、炎性因子水平及胃镜黏膜征象积分、Hp毒力因子阳性率。结果 治疗2周后,观察组总有效率(87.50%,35/40)显著高于对照组(67.50%,27/40)(P<0.05),观察组血清胃泌素-17(G-17)、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PGⅡ)水平及血管显露、糜烂、黏膜花斑、出血点、黏膜结节状/颗粒状、粗糙评分低于治疗前,且低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)水平升高,且高于对照组(P<0.05);2组血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、细胞介素-6(IL-6)、细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组尿素酶B(UreB)、空泡细胞毒素(VacA)、细胞毒素相关蛋白(CagA)阳性率均降低,观察组UreB、CagA阳性率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 荆花胃康胶丸联合摩罗丹可有效改善老年慢性萎缩性胃炎伴Hp感染患者胃功能,降低机体炎症反应及Hp毒力,改善患者胃镜黏膜征象,治疗效果较好。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of Jinghua Weikang capsules combined with morodan in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic atrophic gastritis complicated with Hp infection.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with chronic atrophic gastritis complicated with Hp infection were selected as the research subjects and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the quadruple therapy for Hp infection,while the observation group was treated with Jinghua Weikang capsules combined with morodan on the basis of the control group,both for 2 weeks.The curative effects of the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment were counted,and the levels of serum pepsinogen,inflammatory factors,gastroscopic mucosal sign scores,and Hp virulence factor positive rates were compared between the two groups before and after 2 weeks of treatment.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate (87.50%,35/40) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (67.50%,27/40) (P<0.05).The levels of serum gastrin-17 (G-17),pepsinogen Ⅱ (PG Ⅱ),the scores of vascular exposure,erosion,mucosal blotches,bleeding spots,mucosal nodularity/granularity,roughness in the observation group were lower than those before treatment,and lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The level of serum pepsinogen Ⅰ (PG Ⅰ) in the observation group was increased and higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The levels of serum interleukin-1β (IL-1β),interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-17 (IL-17) were decreased in the two groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).The positive rates of urease B (UreB),vacuolar cytotoxin (VacA) and cytotoxin associated protein (CagA) in the two groups were decreased,and the positive rates of UreB,CagA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Jinghua Weikang capsules combined with morodan can e
