摘要
从混合二元酸中分离戊二酸是国际上较为热门的课题之一,本文主要对目前常用的一些方法进行了介绍:结晶分离法、萃取结晶法、吸附法、反应精馏法、尿素络合法以及成盐酸化法。但在工业生产中,多种常用的分离技术均无法对混合二元酸进行有效分离,造成戊二酸纯度较低。如果能够从混合二元酸里将戊二酸有效的分离出来,对工业生产而言意义重大。
The separation of glutaric acid from mixed dibasic acid is one of the more popular topics in the world.In this paper,some commonly used methods are introduced:crystallization separation,extraction crystallization,adsorption,reactive distillation,urea complex method and salt acidification method.However,in industrial production,many common separation techniques are unable to separate mixed dibasic acid effectively,resulting in low purity of glutaric acid.If glutaric acid can be effectively separated from mixed dibasic acid,it is of great significance for industrial production.
