摘要
以顺丁烯二酸酐和甲醇为原料 ,硫酸氢钠和氯化铝为催化剂 ,甲苯作溶剂合成了防霉剂富马酸单甲酯 ,考察了影响收率的因素 ,其最优条件为 :顺丁烯二酸酐∶甲醇∶硫酸氢钠∶氯化铝为 0 . 2mol∶0 . 2mol∶1 .5g∶2g ;酯化反应温度 6 0℃ ,反应时间 0 . 5h ;异构化温度 80℃ ,反应时间 2h。收率可达 90 . 0 %以上。
Monomethyl fumarate was synthesized with maleic anhyd ride and methanol as raw materials,sodium bisulfate and aluminium trichloride as catalysts,and toluene as solvent.The factors affecting the yield were investigated.The optimum conditions were as follows:maleic anhydride∶methanol∶sodium bisulfate∶aluminium trichloride,0.2mol∶0.2mol∶1.5g∶2g;the temperature of esterification 60℃,esterification reaction time 0.5h;temperature of isomerization 80℃,isomerization reaction time 2h.The yield was over 90.0%.
