摘要
目的评价综合干预对宫颈癌手术患者术后康复效果的影响。方法选取100例宫颈癌手术患者,按照抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合干预,对比两组的康复效果。结果干预后观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为2.00%,对照组并发症发生率为14.00%,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合干预对宫颈癌手术患者的心理状态与生活质量可起到积极影响,还能减少并发症发生风险,有利于加快患者的术后康复速度,值得临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive intervention on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with cervical cancer.Methods 100 patients with cervical cancer surgery were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to lot method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received comprehensive intervention,and the rehabilitation effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 2.00%in the observation group and 14.00%in the control group.The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive intervention can have a positive impact on the psychological status and quality of life of patients undergoing cervical cancer surgery,reduce the risk of complications,and accelerate the speed of postoperative rehabilitation of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
