摘要
对Z企业中层管理人员现行绩效评价体系进行调研发现,绩效评价实施组织过于单一,绩效评价周期不合理,指标和权重设置不合理。为更好地助推企业战略落地,提高工作效能,针对以上问题应优化绩效评价体系的原则和思路,从绩效评价组织、绩效评价周期、绩效评价指标体系、中层管理人员绩效评价流程、绩效评价结果反馈几方面进行优化设计,为Z企业在绩效评价方面的改进提供参考,从而进一步提升企业的活力和动力。
The study investigates the current performance evaluation system of middle managers in Z enterprise.It is found that the implementation organization of performance evaluation is too simple,the performance evaluation cycle is unreasonable,and the setting of indicators and weights is unreasonable.In order to better promote the implementation of enterprise strategy and improve work efficiency,it is necessary to optimize the principles and ideas of performance evaluation system according to the problems above,and improve the design from performance evaluation organization,performance evaluation cycle,performance evaluation index system,middle manager performance evaluation process and performance evaluation result feedback,etc.,so as to provide reference for the improvement of Z enterprise in performance evaluation,and further enhance the vitality and motivation of the enterprise.
