摘要
学习投入能够反映学生学业水平和高校人才培养质量,在以学生为主体的新时代教育观念下,基于导生制探讨大学生学习投入的理论基础和实践路径是尊重教育主体的体现,也是实现教育主体的措施。本研究从大学生在学习投入中学习积极性较低、学习参与度不高、学习氛围感不浓的问题和原因出发,从教育主体间性理论、参与民主理论和场动力理论角度,探讨导生制实现平等教育关系、导生制提高任务教学实效、导生制增强正向同伴效应的理论基础,提出建立“三阶导生制”提高学生积极性、制定导生任务清单落实学生参与、推广导生品牌实现学生榜样示范的实践路径。
Learning engagement can reflect the academic level of students and the quality of talent cultivation in universities.Under the new era of student-centered education concept,exploring the theoretical basis and practi-cal path of college student learning engagement based on the guidance system is a manifestation of respecting the education subject and a measure to achieve the education subject.This study starts from the problems and reasons of low learning enthusiasm,low learning participation,and weak learning atmosphere among college students in learning engagement.From the perspectives of educational subjectivity theory,participatory democracy theory,and field dynamics theory,this study explores the theoretical basis for implementing equal educational relation-ships,improving task teaching effectiveness,and enhancing positive peer effects through the guidance system.It proposes the establishment of a three-stage guidance system to improve student enthusiasm,develop a guidance task list to implement student participation,and promote the guidance brand to achieve student role models and demonstrations.
