摘要
目的 分析综合护理在小儿病毒性心肌炎中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年6月至2023年6月曹县人民医院心内科收治的70例病毒性心肌炎患儿作为研究对象,按照抽签法将其分为参照组(35例)与试验组(35例)。参照组采取常规护理,试验组采取综合护理,比较两组的心肌酶指标、临床症状缓解时间、家长总满意率。结果 试验组肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶、肌酸磷酸激酶水平低于参照组,胸闷缓解时间、退热时间、心律失常改善时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组家长总满意率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合护理在小儿病毒性心肌炎中的应用效果显著,能够辅助改善心肌酶指标,促进临床症状的缓解,且具有较高的满意度。
Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing in pediatric viral myocarditis.Methods A total of 70 children with viral myocarditis admitted to Department of Cardiology,Caoxian People’s Hospital of Heze from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to the lottery method,they were divided into reference group(35 cases)and experimental group(35 cases).The reference group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received comprehensive nursing.The myocardial enzyme indicators,clinical symptom remission time,and total satisfaction rate of parents between the two groups were compared.Results The levels of creatinine phosphokinase isoenzyme and creatinine phosphokinase in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,the time of chest tightness relief,fever remission,and arrhythmia improvement was shorter than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of parents in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in pediatric viral myocarditis has remarkable application effect,which can help improve myocardial enzyme indicators,promote the relief of clinical symptoms,and has a high degree of satisfaction.
