【Objective】To analyze the clinical effect of gamma globulin in the treatment of acute viral myocarditis in children with impulse therapy.【Methods】According to the principle of randomization, 76 children with acute viral myocarditis treated in our hospital from March 2017 to August 2018 were divided into two groups: routine group(38 cases) and C group(38 cases).Conventional treatment methods such as antiviral drugs, vitamin C and adrenocortical hormones were used to treat children in the conventional group, while gamma globulin was added to treat children in group C on the premise of symptomatic treatment. The myocardial enzymes of creatine kinase(CK), creatine kinase isoenzyme MB(CK-MB) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) were changed after treatment in the two groups. Chemicals and therapeutic effects were compared. 【Results】 After treatment, the average precipitation of CK, CK-MB and LDH in group C was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05);the total effective rate in group C(89.47%) was higher than that in the conventional group(68.42%) and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).【Conclusion】On the premise of symptomatic treatment of acute viral myocarditis in children, the clinical effect of gamma globulin therapy is remarkable, and the improvement of myocardial enzymes in children is obvious, which is worthy of clinical application.
