摘要
目的 比较囊肿刮治术与开窗减压术治疗儿童颌骨囊肿的效果。方法 选取2022年1月至12月徐州市肿瘤医院口腔科收治的100例颌骨囊肿患儿,按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(50例)采用囊肿刮治术,观察组(50例)采用开窗减压术,比较两组治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后3、7、15 d,两组疼痛评分均降低,且观察组疼痛评分低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 相较于囊肿刮治术,开窗减压术治疗儿童颌骨囊肿能够提高有效率,减轻疼痛,且并发症更少,值得推广。
Objective To compare the effect between curettage of cysts and fenestration decompression in the treatment of children with jaw cyst.Methods A total of 100 children with jaw cyst in the Department of Stomatology,Xuzhou Cancer Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method.The control group underwent curettage of cysts,while the observation group underwent fenestration decompression.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).At 3,7,and 15 days after treatment,the pain score of both groups was decreased,and the pain scores of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with curettage of cysts,fenestration decompression can improve the efficiency,reduce pain,and have fewer complications in the treatment of children with jaw cyst,which is worth promoting.
