摘要
目的加强医院手术统计。方法介绍手术统计指标的概念,统计指标值的计算,切口分级方法、愈合类别和愈合意义,运用ICD-9-CM-3手册填写手术切口愈合情况。结果达到手术统计规范要求,能与国际接轨。结论手术切口愈合等级的正确分类与统计是否准确,是关系医院统计的质量及手术的效率,关系到医务人员的医学论文和科研成果,是否能与国际交流的大事,应该引起医院领导和有关人员的高度重视。
To enhance the operation statistics in the hospital. Method To introduce the concept of the indexes of operation statistics, the calculation of the value of the indexes, the classification and significance of healing, to fill in the ICD-9-CM-3 with the condition of the healing of the incision. Results Having accorded with the standards and international requirements of the operation statistics. Conclusions The right classification of the grades of the incision hesling and accuracy of the statistics correlate with many aspects, such as the quality of the hospital statistics and efficiency of operation, the value of the medical workers' papers and the achievements of researches, and the international communications, so the leaders of the hospital and relative staffs should pay more attention to them.
