从太少两感热证论治IgA肾病

摘要 在《伤寒论》太少两感病证以及六经表里传变规律的理论指导下,结合临床观察从外感和内伤两大病因,提出心肾两经本经实热复感风热毒邪,内外合邪,循经侵犯于肾,急性发作,循经损伤机体经络的太少两感热证这一病机假说,并由此确立泻肾凉血的治则,选方泻肾汤加减。 Under the theoretical guidance of too few syndromes of two sensations in Treatise on febrile Diseases and the law of transmission and change in the six meridians,and combined with clinical observation from the two major causes of exogenous and internal injuries,this pa-per puts forward the hypothesis that the meridians of the heart and kidney return to the evil of wind-heat,the combination of internal and ex-ternal pathogens,the invasion of the kidney along the meridian,the acute attack,and the hypothesis that there are too few two-sensation-heat syndrome of damaging the body meridians along the meridian,and thus establish the treatment principle of purging kidney and cool blood,and choose Xieshen decoction to add or subtract.
