摘要
明确《黄帝内经》与《伤寒杂病论》的传承关系,分析《黄帝内经》眩晕论治思想对张仲景的影响,梳理总结《黄帝内经》《伤寒杂病论》论述眩证的内容,从外邪致眩、痰饮致眩、因虚致眩等方面,探讨张仲景眩证论治规律,以期为临床辨治眩证提供参考。
This paper clarified the inheritance relationship between Huang Di Nei Jing(The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic)and Shang Han Za Bing Lun(Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases),analyzed the influence of vertigo treatment thoughts in Huang Di Nei Jing on ZHANG Zhongjing,sorted out and summarized the contents about dizziness syndrome in Huang Di Nei Jing and Shang Han Za Bing Lun,and explored ZHANG Zhongjing's treatment rule of dizziness syndrome from the aspects including external pathogen causing dizziness,phlegm rheum causing dizziness and deficiency causing dizziness,in order to provide references for clinical differentiation and treatment of dizziness syndrome.
