摘要
近年来,国家层面不断倡导节能减排、绿色环保发展理念,同时逐步加大了绿色技术在产业结构升级中的推广力度,力求实现物质文明与精神文明建设的协同发展。在国家层面提出“双碳”目标后,全国各地更是对大气污染治理工作的开展予以高度重视,通过治理理念的创新、治理力量的整合与扩大,逐步提升大气污染治理成效。本文重点针对大气污染协同治理工作开展中面临的困境进行了详细分析,并提出了针对性的应对措施,旨在进一步提高大气污染治理水平,实现大气环境与人类的协调发展。
In recent years,the national level has been constantly advocating the concept of energy conservation and emission reduction,green environmental protection development,and gradually increased the promotion of green technology in the upgrading of industrial structure,and strive to achieve the coordinated development of material civilization construction and spiritual civilization construction.After the goal of“double-carbon”was put forward at the national level,all parts of the country have attached great importance to the development of air pollution control work.Through the innovation of governance concepts and the integration and expansion of governance forces,the effect of air pollution control has been gradually improved.This paper focuses on the detailed analysis of the difficulties faced in the coordinated control of air pollution,and puts forward targeted countermeasures,aiming to further improve the control of air pollution,and realize the coordinated development of atmospheric environment and human beings.
