摘要
积极探索生态为先、绿色发展理论思想,对生态文明建设、改善生态环境具有积极的促进作用。“双碳”理论的提出,为我国生态环境建设提供了指导依据。在此背景下,采用协同治理的方式,对改善大气污染问题极为关键。因此,本文从多元协同治理概述的角度出发,阐述大气污染协同治理主体,采取实例分析的方式,深入探究“双碳”背景下大气污染治理的方案,旨在为相关人员提供参考依据。
Actively exploring the theory of ecological civilization and green development has a positive role in promoting ecological environment construction and improvement.The proposal of the"dual carbon"theory provides guidance for China's ecological environment construction.Under this background,adopting a synergetic governance approach is extremely critical to improving atmospheric pollution.Therefore,starting from the overview of diverse collaborative governance,this paper explains the main subjects of atmospheric pollution collaborative governance.Through case analysis,it delves into the solutions for governing atmospheric pollution under the background of"dual carbon".The aim is to provide reference basis for relevant personnel.
