摘要
目的:分析我国社区糖尿病管理研究领域的文献发表情况及研究热点,为社区糖尿病管理的发展提供参考。方法:以中国知网为数据来源,检索社区糖尿病管理研究的相关文献,运用CiteSpace 6.2.R4可视化软件对截至2023年10月24日的文献发文量、研究机构、作者、高频关键词进行分析。结果:本研究共纳入3882篇文献,社区糖尿病管理研究发文量最多的机构是复旦大学公共卫生学院,发文量最多的作者是袁申元、崔学利。机构和作者虽有合作,但明显受地域因素影响。共形成17个关键词聚类标签,出现频次排名前3位的关键词分别是“糖尿病”“社区”“健康教育”。结论:社区糖尿病管理的研究热点为糖尿病分型和合并高血压、血糖、老年人群体、社区糖尿病管理的健康教育和健康促进。
OBJECTIVE To analyse the literature publication and research hotspots in the field of community diabetes management research.METHODS The China Knowledge Network(CNKI)was used as the data source to search for relevant literature on community diabetes management research,and CiteSpace 6.2.R4 visualisation software was used to analyse the number of publications,research organisations,authors,and high-frequency keywords up to 24th October 2023.RESULTS A total of 3882 documents were included in the study,and the institutions and authors with the highest number of community diabetes management research publications were the School of Public Health of Fudan University and Yuan Shenyuan and Cui Xueli,respectively.The institutions and authors,although both of them cooperated with each other,were obviously influenced by geographical factors.A total of 17 cluster tags were formed,and the top three keywords were“diabetes”,“community”and“health education”.CONCLUSION The research hotspots of community diabetes management are diabetes typing and comorbid hypertension,blood glucose,health education and health promotion of community diabetes management.The field of community diabetes management in China has entered a stage of in-depth exploration and expansion,and higher quality research will emerge in the future.
