摘要
目的 了解山西省侯马市高血压患者高血压知识知晓情况及其与血压控制的关系,为制定高血压防控措施提供理论依据。方法 2022年对山西省侯马市18岁及以上常住高血压患者多阶段分层随机抽样后,采取问卷调查法进行知识知晓和血压控制情况调查,调查内容包括人口学特征、高血压知识、健康相关行为和体格检查等信息。采用SPSS 26.0软件进行χ2检验和无序多分类Logistic回归分析,检验水准α=0.05。结果 2022年山西省侯马市1 810例高血压患者高血压知识总体知晓人数为1 231人,知晓率为68.12%;血压控制正常的人数为988人,控制率为54.59%。在调整人口学特征等因素后,无序多分类Logistic回归分析结果显示,高血压知识知晓对轻度和中度高血压均有影响,不知晓高血压知识的高血压患者更有可能患有1级和2级高血压,OR(95%CI)值分别为1.573(1.268~1.952)、1.622(1.133~2.321)。结论 高血压知识知晓对血压控制具有积极影响。应重视文化程度和家庭人均年收入较低的高血压患者,有针对性地进行健康宣教工作,提高高血压患者高血压知识知晓程度和血压控制水平。
Objective To investigate the awareness of hypertension knowledge and its relationship with blood pressure control among hypertensive patients in Houma City,Shanxi Province,and to provide theoretical basis for developing hypertension prevention and control measures.Methods A multi-stage stratified random sampling method was used to select participants.And investigate the knowledge awareness of hypertension and blood pressure control of permanent hypertensive patients aged 18 years and above in Houma City,Shanxi Province in 2022.A questionnaire survey was conducted including demographic characteristics,hypertension knowledge,health-related behaviors and physical examination.SPSS 26.0 was used for Chi-square test and unordered multinomial logistic regression analysis,and the test level wasα=0.05.Results In 2022,1231 of 1810 hypertensive patients in Houma City,Shanxi Province,were aware of hypertension knowledge,with an overall awareness rate of 68.12%.The number of people with normal blood pressure control was 988,with a control rate of 54.59%.After adjusting for confounding factors such as demographic characteristics,the unordered multinomial logistic regression analysis showed that.Hypertension patients without knowledge of hypertension were more likely to suffer from grade 1(OR:1.573,95%CI:1.268-1.952)and grade 2 hypertension(OR:1.622,95%CI:1.133-2.321).Conclusions Knowledge about hypertension has positive influence on blood pressure control.Attention should be paid to hypertension patients with low education level and family per capita income,and targeted health education should be carried out to improve the awareness of hypertension knowledge and blood pressure control of hypertension patients.
