摘要
目的:调查山西省侯马市野生中药资源的种类、数量、分布信息以及栽培和市场流通中药材,全面掌握该市中药资源情况,为中药资源的可持续利用提供参考依据。方法:野外实地调查采用代表区域-样地-样方套-样方的方法,调查野生药用植物的种类、数量、分布情况并采集制作腊叶标本;走访调查中药材栽培基地、中药材种植合作社、中药材公司和市场等。结果:本次普查共调查16个样地、80个样方套、480个样方,发现药用植物资源272种,隶属于81科207属,其中15种重点中药材,56种栽培中药材,295种市场流通品种。结论:侯马市野生中药资源呈现“多样性丰富,单品种量小”的特点,应适当保护中药资源,合理开发中药资源迫在眉睫。
Objective:To investigate the species,number,distribution,cultivation status and market circulation of wild Chinese medicine resources in Houma city of Shanxi province,so as to master the situation of Chinese medicine resources in this city comprehensively and provide reference for the sustainable utilization of Chinese medicine resources.Methods:In field investigation,the species,quantity and distribution of wild medicinal plants were investigated and the wax leaf specimens were collected by using the method of representative area-sample area-quadrat set-quadrat;and interviewing and investigating the Chinese herbal medicine cultivation bases,Chinese herbal medicine planting cooperatives,Chinese herbal medicine companies and markets,combined with literature review and data collation,were also used.Results:A total of 16 sample areas,80 quadrat sets and 480 quadrats were surveyed in this census.272 species of medicinal plant resources were found,belonging to 207 genera of 81 families,including 14 key Chinese herbal medicines,56 cultivated Chinese herbal medicines,and 295 varieties in market circulation.Conclusion:The wild Chinese medicine resources in Houma city are characterized by rich diversity and small amount of single species.It is urgent to protect the resources properly and develop them rationally.
