摘要
目的:调查宜昌市猇亭区药用植物的种类、分布、野生与栽培情况,掌握该区域中药资源现状。方法:以全国第四次中药资源普查技术规范为指导,采用传统野外调查与现代技术相结合的方法,对猇亭区现有中药资源进行普查、统计分析。结果:该次普查共完成了36个样地180个样方套、1080个样方的调查工作,调查药用植物品种311种,涉及107科263属。共采集中药材88种,采集种子标本61种。其中,重点调查物种44种,走访调查药材种植户1户,调查栽培品种1种,完成2个中药材流通点的药材收售调查。结论:猇亭区中药资源物种因工业区发展及房地产开发,物种分布减少甚至部分品种绝迹,应加强对中药资源的管理、保护、开发与利用。
Objective:To investigate the species,distribution,wild and cultivation of medicinal plants in Xiaoting District of Yichang City,and clarify the current situation of traditional Chinese medicine resources in this area.Methods:Guided by the technical specifications of the fourth national survey of Chinese medicine resources,the traditional field survey and modern technology were used to conduct a general survey and statistical analysis of the existing Chinese medicine resources in Xiaoting District.Results:The survey completed a total of 36 sample plots,180 quadrat sets and 1080 sample plots.311 species of medicinal plants were collected,involving 263 genera of 107 families,88 kinds of medicinal materials and 61 kinds of seed samples were collected.Among them,44 species of key species were investigated,one household of medicinal herbs was visited,one specie of cultivated species was investigated,and complete the investigation on the sales of Chinese herbal medicines in two circulation points.Conclusion:Due to the development of industrial zone and real estate,the species distribution of traditional Chinese medicine resources in Xiaoting District has decreased,and even some species have disappeared.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the management,protection,development and utilization of traditional Chinese medicine resources.
