摘要
针对目前批量工件多采用接触式测量方法存在测量精度差、效率低等缺点,该文综合运用机器视觉与自动检测技术原理,研制了一种视觉非接触在线自动检测装置。经图像预处理、特征提取、图像拟合及二维机械手精准定位,实现工件多参数同时精确测量。试验结果显示,系统测量精度优于3μm,测量重复性优于0.2%,测量不确定度为3.5μm(k=2)。
Aiming at the problems of low precision and low efficiency in contact measurement methods of batch workpieces,a non-contact automatic measurement system is developed based on machine vision.By image processing,edge-extracting,image fitting,precise positioning of 2-dimensional manipular,a simultaneous and accurate measurement of multiple parameters for workpieces can be realized.The experimental results show that measurement precision is better than 3μm,with repeatability accuracy better than 0.2%and measurement uncertainty 3.5μm(k=2).
