基于5M1E理论的建筑质量风险因素分析

摘要 为降低我国建筑质量事故的发生频率,从5M1E理论出发,建立了一个包含目标层、6个准则层和20个指标层的建筑质量风险评价体系。通过构建AHP-模糊综合建筑质量风险评价模型,对建筑质量风险因素进行了模糊评估。研究结果显示,人员因素、机械因素和方法因素属于较高风险,材料因素和环境因素属于中等风险,测量因素风险较低,整体建筑质量评价体系处于中等风险水平。 In order to reduce the frequency of construction quality accidents in China,a building quality risk assessment system was established based on the 5M1E theory,which includes the target layer,6 criteria layers,and 20 indicator layers.A fuzzy evaluation of building quality risk factors was conducted by constructing an AHP fuzzy comprehensive building quality risk assessment model.The research results show that personnel factors,mechanical factors,and method factors belong to high risks,material factors and environmental factors belong to medium risks,measurement factors have low risks,and the overall building quality evaluation system is at a medium risk level.
