When building a smart supply chain platform architecture,the construction of business and data platforms should be highlighted,and the following governance measures should be taken:standardizing processes,talent development,organizational development,and closed-loop design,so that the smart supply chain platform system can play an important role and help enterprises achieve high-quality and sustainable development.
