摘要
[目的/意义]整体推进公共文化管理专业人才培养工作,是促进信息资源管理学科各二级学科协同布局的关键动向与重点任务。[方法/过程]依循“固本兴新”思想和“整体性治理”理念,结合相关政策文件、案例数据和事实资料,演绎归纳公共文化管理学科人才整体培养的必然逻辑、实然样态与应然进路。[结果/结论]公共文化管理学科人才培育的历史演进、政策规划、理论应用、实践发展的整体逻辑,以及公共文化管理的研究样态、教育样态和事业样态共同表明,信息资源管理一级学科共同体为公共文化管理人才培养提供了坚实基础与最佳场域。公共文化管理教育教学机构应采取积极措施融合研究范式与职业场景、结合技术理性与人文理想、聚合核心素养与普适技能、配合传统模式与创新机制。
[Purpose/significance]The overall promotion of public cultural management professional talents training is a key movement and task to promote the synergistic layout of the secondary disciplines of information resources management.[Method/process]Following the idea of"consolidating the foundation and developing the new"and the concept of"holistic governance",and combining relevant policy documents,case data and factual information,we deduce and summarize the inevitable logic,actual pattern and the way of holistic cultivation of talents in the discipline of public culture management.[Result/conclusion]The overal logic of the historical evolution,policy planning,theory application and practice development of the cultivation of talents in the discipline of public cultural management,as well as the research pattern,education pattern and career pattern of public cultural management jointly indicate that the firstlevel discipline community of information resource management provides a solid foundation and the best field for the cultivation of talents in public cultural management.Public cultural management education and teaching institutions should take positive measures to integrate the research paradigm with the career scenario,combine technical rationality with humanistic ideals,integrate core literacy with universal skills,and cooperate with traditional models and innovative mechanisms.
