摘要
现今,智慧运营管理模式是城市轨道交通运营转型的必然要求,对于提升运营管理水平、提高乘客满意度、降低运营成本有着重要的指导意义。城市轨道交通智慧化运营是智慧城市建设的重要体现。智慧车站综合运管平台场景联动采用人机高度协作方式,实现运行状态全方位精准感知、运行趋势智能化分析预判、信息指令一体化主动推送,从而减轻运营人员工作强度,提高车站运行效率,提升乘客舒适度。
Nowadays,the intelligent operation and management model is an inevitable requirement for the transformation of urban rail transit operations,which has important guiding significance for improving the level of operation andmanagement,improving passenger satisfaction,and reducing operating costs.The intelligent operation of urban rail transit is an important manifestation of smart city construction.The scenario linkage of the intelligent station comprehensive operation management platform adopts a highly collaborative approach between humans and machines,achieving accurate perception of operating status in all aspects,intelligent analysis and prediction of operating trends,and active push of information instructions,thereby reducing the workload of operators,improving station operation efficiency,and enhancing passenger comfort.
