摘要
针对X市轨道交通车站存在的大客流运营组织难度大、设备自动化水平低以及乘客乘车体验差等问题,提出了一种全新的智慧车站运行管理模式。首先分析了轨道交通车站面向乘客出行和面向车站管理的具体作业内容,车站的智能化建设应围绕更好地满足作业需求开展工作。在此基础上,选择具有典型特征的轨道交通车站,对其开展智能化建设研究,提出了智慧车站的运行管理模式,整理出智慧车站运行管理平台的总体架构。最后明确了智慧车站建设中的关键技术,为轨道交通车站的建设和运营提供参考方向。研究结果表明,轨道交通智慧车站的建设可有效提升车站信息化与智能化水平,提高车站的运营管理效率。
In view of the problems of large passenger flow operation and organization,low level of equipment automation and poor passenger experience in X city rail transit stations,a new smart station operation management mode is proposed.Firstly,the specific operation content of rail transit stations for passenger travel and station management is analyzed.The intelligent construction of the station should focus on better meeting the operation needs.On this basis,select rail transit stations with typical characteristics,carry out intelligent construction research on them,put forward the operation management mode of smart stations,and sort out the overall structure of the operation management platform of smart stations.Finally,the key technologies in the construction of smart stations are clarified to provide reference directions for the construction and operation of rail transit stations.The research results show that the construction of rail transit smart stations can effectively improve the level of informatization and intelligence of stations,and improve the efficiency of station operation and management.
