摘要
区域国别研究丰富了外语学科的内涵,同时也促进了外语类期刊传统功能的智库性转向。本文分析“隐性功能呈现”“刊物、栏目显性设置”“‘外语+’范式”“智库学术共同体建构”等当下外语期刊智库功能实现的4种方式。同时从“期刊学术性与智库可操作性的差异”“智库功能的倾斜与均衡”“学术话语与公共话语权力结构”等方面探讨现存的问题。本文指出,“外语核心力+国家意识+地方性+跨学科”是未来外语期刊区域国别智库功能实现的增长点与亮点。
Country and area studies have enriched the structure of the discipline of foreign language studies,and have accelerated the process of foreign language journals'think⁃tank⁃oriented turn of their traditional functions.This study analyzes the four recent paths of achieving foreign language journals'think⁃tank function:demonstration of recessive functions,dominant design of journals'columns,“foreign language+”paradigm,and construction of the academic think⁃tank community.This study also dis⁃cusses the relevant problems of achieving the think⁃tank function of foreign language journals from the perspectives of difference between the academic features of journals and operability of think⁃tanks,emphasis and balance of think⁃tank functions,and po⁃wer structure of academic and public discourse,etc.This study points out that the combination of core power of foreign langua⁃ges,national consciousness,local distinctiveness and cross⁃discipline is the effective path of achieving the think⁃tank function of country and area studies in the future.
