放养密度对黄颡鱼生长、营养成分、消化及抗氧化性的影响

Effects of Stocking Density on Growth Performance,Nutrient Composition,Gigestion and Antioxidant Activity of Yellow Catfish Pelteobagrus fulvidraco

摘要 在广西南宁市坛洛镇某水产养殖公司的6口长方形养殖池塘中,放养初始体质量(15.11±0.20)g的黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco),密度分别为5000 ind./667 m^(2)(A组)、10000 ind./667 m^(2)(B组)和15000 ind./667 m^(2)(C组),每组设2个重复,常规精养180 d,研究放养密度对黄颡鱼生长、肌肉营养成分、消化酶及抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果发现,A组的增重率显著高于其他密度组(P<0.05),特定生长率显著高于C组(P<0.05),与B组无显著差异(P>0.05);B组的饲料系数显著低于C组(P<0.05),与A组无显著差异(P>0.05);B组单位面积产量最高,显著高于A组和C组(P<0.05),较A组和C组分别提高62.36%和19.82%。随着养殖密度的增加,鱼体肌肉的粗蛋白含量逐渐降低,粗灰分和粗水分含量逐渐升高,但组间无显著差异(P>0.05);A组和B组的肌肉粗脂肪含量均显著高于C组(P<0.05);A组的脂肪酶、胰蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性最高,均显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。随着放养密度的增加,黄颡鱼肝脏中的SOD和CAT活性先增加后减小,B组最高,C组最低(P>0.05)。综上所述,在以养殖产量和鱼体健康综合考虑的生产实践中,以10000 ind./667 m^(2)的养殖密度为宜。 Yellow catfish(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)juveniles with initial body weight of(15.11±0.20)g were stocked into six rectangular culture ponds in an aquaculture company in Tanluo Town,Nanning City,Guangxi,at stocking densities of 5000 ind./667 m^(2)(group A),10000 ind./667 m^(2)(group B)and 15000 ind./667 m^(2)(group C),two replicates in each group,and intensively cultured for 180 d to evaluate effects of stocking density on muscle nutrients,and activities of digestive enzymes and antioxidant enzyme.The results showed that the weight gain rate was significantly higher in group A than those in other groups(P<0.05),and that the specific growth rate was significantly higher in group A than that in group C(P<0.05),without significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05).The feed conversion ratio was shown to be significantly lower in group B than that in group C(P<0.05),without significant difference with that in group A(P>0.05).The maximal yield per unit area was observed in group B,significantly higher than those in groups A and C(P<0.05),and increased by 62.36%and 19.82%compared with groups A and C,respectively.The fish had gradual decrease in muscular crude protein content,and gradual increase in the ash and moisture contents with the increase in culture density,without significant difference among groups(P>0.05).There was significantly higher crude lipid content in muscle in groups A and B than that in group C(P<0.05).The maximal activities of lipase,trypsin and amylase were found in group A,significantly higher than those in other density groups(P<0.05).SOD and CAT activities in liver of yellow catfish were shown to be first increased and then decreased,with the maximal value in group B and the minimal value in group C(P>0.05),with the increase in stocking density,in conclusion,the stocking density of 10000 ind./667 m^(2)is appropriate in the production and breeding with the comprehensive consideration of physiological health and yield benefit.
