摘要
为深入了解益生菌在水产养殖业的潜在益处,从鱼池底泥中分离得到两株微生物,分别为沙福芽孢杆菌(Bacillus safensis)BS-1和德尔布乳酸菌(Lactobacillus delbrueckii)LL-1,将这两株益生菌添加到黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)鱼苗的饲料中,进行为期28 d的养殖试验,评估其对黄颡鱼生长指标和肌肉营养成分的影响及效果。结果表明,相较于未添加益生菌的对照组(CK),添加BS-1d的BS组黄颡鱼鱼苗的体重、增重率和特定增长率都有显著提升(P<0.05),饲料系数有显著优化(P<0.05);添加LL-1的LL组黄颡鱼鱼苗的体重、增重率和特定增长率都有极显著提升(P<0.01),饲料系数则有显著优化(P<0.05)。此外,两种益生菌对黄颡鱼鱼苗的肌肉营养成分有一定影响,BS组和LL组黄颡鱼的肌肉水分、灰分含量相较于CK组黄颡鱼的肌肉水分、灰分含量差别不大,但肌肉粗蛋白含量显著高于CK组(P<0.05),BS组与CK组相比,肌肉粗脂肪含量无显著差异,而LL组的肌肉粗脂肪含量显著高于CK组(P<0.05)。
To explore the potential benefits of probiotics in aquaculture,two microbial strains,Bacillus safensis BS-1 and Lactobacillus delbrueckii.LL-1,were isolated from pond sediment.These probiotics were incorporated into the diet of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco fry for a 28-day feeding trial to evaluate their effects on growth performance and muscle nutritional composition.The results indicated that,compared to the control group without probiotics,the addition of BS-1 significantly improved the body weight,weight gain rate,and specific growth rate of the P.fulvidraco fry(P<0.05),and significantly optimized the feed conversion ratio(P<0.05).The inclusion of LL-1 led to even more pronounced enhancements in body weight,weight gain rate,and specific growth rate(P<0.01),with a significant improvement in feed conversion ratio(P<0.05).Furthermore,both the probiotics BS-1 and LL-1,significantly increased the crude protein content in the muscle of the P.fulvidraco fry,with LL-1 also significantly elevating the crude fat content(P<0.05).These findings suggest that the two probiotic strains play a crucial role in the sustainable and economical farming of P.fulvidraco.
