改善维生素C钙颜色的工艺与设备优化

摘要 因维生素C易氧化变色,以其为原料生产的维生素C钙,外观很难做到白度极高。为了提高产品白度,增加市场竞争力,本文对现有工艺进行分析,发现颜色加深一方面是料液久置导致的,另一方面是因醇水、甲醇的洗涤不充分。为此采用低温延缓料液变色的方法,并设计了一个循环洗涤系统,洗去母液颜色的同时,可将表面水分降低至0.83%,并减少甲醇消耗量。通过以上工艺的优化,最终产品的白度得到明显提高。本研究结果可为相关企业提供参考。 Vitamin C was easy to be oxidized and discolored,so the appearance of vitamin C calcium was difficult to achieve extremely high whiteness.In order to improve the whiteness of the product and increase the market competitiveness,the existing process was investigated.It was found that the color was brought by the long-term storage of the liquid on the one hand,and on the other hand,due to the insufficient washing of alcohol water and methanol.In this paper,a method of delaying the discoloration of the liquid at low temperature was introduced,and a circulating washing system was designed to wash off the color of the mother liquor while reduced the surface moisture to 0.83%and reduced the consumption of methanol.Through the optimization of the above process,the whiteness of the final product was obviously improved.This research work could provide reference for related enterprises.
