摘要
2022年8月,科技部、国家发展改革委、工业和信息化部等九部门印发《科技支撑碳达峰碳中和实施方案(2022—2030年)》(国科发社[2022]157号),统筹提出支撑2030年前实现碳达峰目标的科技创新行动和保障举措,并为2060年前实现碳中和目标做好技术研发储备。而新能源汽车的发展对于中国科技支撑碳达峰与碳中和起到了重要作用,所以对于新能源汽车的研究也就显得尤为重要。在调查分析当中将对新能源汽车的满意度分为整体、政策、性能、成本、便捷程度5个维度并建立结构方程模型,其中,成本、便捷程度和政策因素对整体购买意愿有显著直接影响,最终从各个维度提出提升新能源汽车购买意愿的对策建议。
In August 2022,nine departments,including the Ministry of Science and Technology,the National Development and Reform Commission,and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,and so on,issued Implementation Plan for Science and Technology to Support Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality(2022-2030)(National Science and Technology Development Agency〔2022〕No.157),which co-ordinated and proposed scientific and technological innovation actions and guarantee measures to support the realization of the carbon peaking goal by 2030,and made technological research and development reserves for achieving the carbon neutrality goal by 2060.The development of new energy vehicles has played an important role in China's scientific and technological support for carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,so the research on new energy vehicles is particularly important.In the survey analysis,the satisfaction with new energy vehicles was divided into five dimensions:overall,policy,performance,cost,and convenience,and a structural equation model was established.Among them,cost,convenience,and policy factors had a significant direct impact on the overall purchase intention.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions to improve the purchase intention of new energy vehicles were proposed from each dimension.
