摘要
目的:探讨互联网使用情况对我国居民健康状况的影响机制,为更有效地利用互联网改善我国居民健康状况提供参考。方法:纳入2021年中国综合社会调查数据中SF-12量表的结果,用以评价居民健康状况,综合考察互联网使用情况与我国居民健康状况间的关系,并采用Sobel检验方法和Bootstrap检验方法分析社会资本在互联网使用情况对居民健康状况的影响过程中是否存在中介效应。结果:在纳入分析的2158位居民中,互联网使用情况与居民健康相关生命质量(P<0.01)、生理健康状况(P<0.01)、心理健康状况(P<0.05)均呈显著正相关,使用互联网的居民健康相关生命质量、生理健康以及心理健康状况相较于未使用互联网的居民分别改善3.161%、4.190%、2.304%;社会资本中的社会网络在互联网使用情况与居民健康相关生命质量、生理健康状况之间均存在中介效应,分别占总效应的5.692%、6.848%。结论:居民使用互联网能够有效改善健康状况,且互联网使用情况对不同人群健康状况的影响有显著差异;居民可以通过使用互联网扩展社会网络,进而提高健康水平。
Objective:To explore the impact mechanism of Internet usage on the health status of Chinese residents,so as to provide references for more effectively utilizing the Internet to improve the health conditions of the population.Methods:This study utilized the results of the SF-12 scale from the 2021 Chinese general social survey to measure residents'health status.By comprehensively examining the relationship between Internet usage and the health status of Chinese residents,the Sobel test method and Bootstrap test method were used to analyze whether social capital acted as a mediator in the impact of Internet usage on residents'health conditions.Results:Among the 2158 residents included in the analysis,the Internet usage showed a significant positive correlation with the health-related quality of life(P<0.01),physical health status(P<0.01),and mental health status(P<0.05)of residents.Residents who used the Internet experienced improvements of 3.161%,4.190%,and 2.304%in health-related quality of life,physical health,and mental health conditions,respectively,compared to those who did not use the Internet.Social networks within social capital played a partial mediating role in the relationship between Internet usage and health-related quality of life as well as physical health status,with mediating effects accounting for 5.692%and 6.848%of the total effects,respectively.Conclusion:Internet usage among residents can effectively improve health conditions,with significant variations in its impact on the health status of different population groups.Residents can enhance their overall health levels by expanding their social networks through Internet use.
