摘要
铝合金模板在高层建筑施工中发展迅速,但是在地下工程的特殊结构中应用较少。以某地下超高薄壁导流墙铝模施工应用研究为背景,对铝模模板设计、模板周转及模板结构验算进行了分析。结果表明背楞间距为800 mm左右的铝模整体强度与局部强度约100 N/mm^(2),挠度约1.5 mm,均小于设计允许值,满足模板强度与刚度要求。对于薄壁竖向结构施工,墙柱的铝模模板设计尺寸应标准化,增加模板周转效率,而K板及背楞在第一阶段需要全部配置,其余阶段视情况周转。
The aluminum alloy formwork has developed rapidly in high-rise building construction,but it was less commonly used in special structures of underground engineering.Takes the application research of aluminum formwork construction for an underground ultra-high thin-walled diversion wall as the background,and analyzes the design,turnover,and structural verification of aluminum formwork.The results show that the overall strength and local strength of the aluminum mold with a spacing of about 800 mm between the back ribs are about 100 N/mm^(2),and the deflection is about 1.5 mm,both of which were less than the design allowable values,meeting the requirements for template strength and stiffness.For the construction of thin-walled vertical structures,the design dimensions of aluminum formwork for walls and columns should be standardized to increase the efficiency of formwork turnover.In the first stage,K plates and back ribs need to be fully configured,and the rest of the stages need to be rotated according to the situation.
