摘要
构造柱是工程建筑中不可缺少的一个重要结构,二次结构中构造柱施工占有很大比重。构造柱是增强建筑物整体性及稳定性的必要保障,亦为装饰装修施工的决定性前提。二次结构施工现场较少采取措施来使构造柱施工的自身质量、外观质量、工期得以保证。然而构造柱模板的制作与安装质量,对于保证混凝土外观平整、构件尺寸以及结构的强度和刚度亦将起到重要的作用。构造柱模板安装的常规做法是采用对拉螺栓、钢管配合竹胶板安装或砂浆配合U型混凝土预制芯模安装。采用此两种方法稳定性、工艺流程简洁性、工程质量及工期要求均不能同时达到全面性的标准要求。依托实体项目发明一种分段浇筑的装配式铝模,可以快速解决构造柱模板安装的工作效率,保证安装及浇筑完成后的工程质量和外观质量。
Constructional column is an indispensable important structure in engineering, and the construction of constructional column occupies a large proportion in masonry structure. Constructional column is a necessary guarantee to enhance the integrity and stability of the building, and it is also a decisive prerequisite for decoration and construction. Some measures are seldom taken in the masonry structure construction to ensure the construction quality, concrete appearance and construction period. However, the production and installation quality of the column formwork will also play an important role in ensuring the smooth appearance of concrete, the dimension of components, as well as the strength and stiffness of the structure. In the conventional installation of constructional column formwork, the tensile bolts, steel tubes with bamboo plywood or mortar with U-shaped concrete precast core molds are used. By using these two methods, the stability, the simplicity, the quality and the duration of the project cannot meet the standards at the same time. The invention of a prefabricated aluminum formwork based on real project could quickly solve the work efficiency of the installation of constructional column formwork and guarantee the quality and appearance of the project after installation and casting.
