大型集中式光伏电站效率测试及提效对策研究

摘要 随着光伏电站的投产运行,光伏发电量的大小直接影响电站效益,如何科学的对光伏电站效率进行测试、分析与评价,提高电站发电效率,显得尤为重要。通过调研200 MW集中式光伏电站运行情况,研究光伏电站系统能效测试技术,制定电站测试项目、测试要求、抽样原则,开展光伏电站现场测试,并对电站系统效率、组件串联失配率、组串并联失配率、逆变器转换效率、组件衰减率、洁净度对光伏板功率影响度、倾角与辐照度测试结果进行分析,从减少弃光率、组件清洗、组件倾角调整以及运维管理水平等方面,提出针对性的提效对策,在提高电站系统效率的同时,进一步提升电站效益。 With the commissioning and operation of PV power plants,the size of PV power generation directly affects the benefits of the power plant.How to scientifically test,analyze and evaluate the efficiency of photovoltaic power stations and how to improve the power generation efficiency of power stations are particularly important.By investigating the operating situation of 200 MW centralized photovoltaic power station,studying the energy efficiency test technology of photovoltaic power station system,and making test items,test requirements and sampling principles,the field testing of photovoltaic power station has been carried out.What's more,the test results of power station system efficiency,module series mismatch rate,module parallel mismatch rate,inverter conversion efficiency,module decline rate,influence degree of cleanliness on the power of photovoltaic panels,inclination angle and irradiance have been analyzed.From the aspects of reducing light rejection rate,component cleaning,component inclination adjustment and operation and maintenance management level,the targeted efficiency improvement countermeasures are put forward,which not only improves the efficiency of power station system,but also further enhances the effectiveness of power stations.
