摘要
良好的出题质量是实现新高考教育改革的关键,关乎基础教育的高质量发展。基于本土化后SEC一致性分析框架,对2020-2022年北京市、天津市、浙江省的新高考生物学试卷进行一致性分析。结果显示,近三年试卷的一致性逐年递增。在内容模块上,必修模块的一致性高于选择性必修模块;在素养水平上,低素养水平的一致性高于高素养水平。根据一致性结果和差异性分析得出结论并讨论,新高考重基础是对“双减”最好的呼应,分析“生物技术与工程”“水平四”一致性最低和“生物与环境”“水平三”差异性最大的原因,提出对课程标准和试题出题的双向建议,完善课程标准中学业要求的设置,增强试题问题情景中的“探究性”,提升新高考试卷与课程标准的一致性。
Good question quality is the key to achieving the reform of the new college entrance examination education,and it is related to the high-quality development of basic education.Based on the localized SEC consistency analysis framework,consistency analysis was conducted on the new college entrance examination biology test papers in Beijing,Tianjin,and Zhejiang Province from 2020 to 2022.The results show that the consistency of test papers has been increasing year by year in the past three years.In terms of content modules,the consistency of compulsory modules is higher than that of selective compulsory modules;In terms of literacy level,the consistency of low literacy level is higher than that of high literacy level.Based on the consistency results and analysis of differences,conclusions are drawn and discussed.The emphasis on the foundation of the new college entrance examination is the best response to“double reduction”.The reasons for the lowest consistency in“biotechnology and engineering”and“level four”,and the greatest difference in“biology and environment”and“level three”are analyzed.Bidirectional suggestions are proposed for curriculum standards and test questions,improving the setting of academic requirements in curriculum standards,and enhancing the“exploratory”nature of test question scenarios.Improve the consistency between the new college entrance examination papers and curriculum standards.
