摘要
对结晶器漏钢预报的应用及维修情况进行分析,得出结晶器漏钢预报宽面热电偶测温异常的原因。通过采取加强热电偶测温探头质量验收、热电偶螺栓结构优化、结晶器把合螺栓安装次序优化及螺栓油污浸泡清理等相关优化措施,有效地提升了热电偶线上测温的准确性,为漏钢预报软件的准确预报提供了可靠的数据支撑。
Analyzing the application and maintenance of the mold breakout prediction system,the causes of abnormal temperature measurement of the wide-surface thermocouple in the mold breakout prediction system were identified.By strengthening the quality acceptance of thermocouple temperature measurement probes,optimizing the structure of thermocouple bolts,optimizing the installation sequence of mold clamping bolts,and cleaning the bolts with oil soaking,the accuracy of temperature measurement on the thermocouple line was effectively improved,providing reliable data support for accurate prediction of the mold breakout prediction software.
