基于数学模型的连铸板坯轻压下率影响因素分析

摘要 以铸坯轻压下过程中的压下率模型为基础,研究了截面形状和拉速对压下率的影响。结果表明:在连铸板坯压下区内,沿拉坯方向的压下率和平均压下率均随厚度和拉速的增加呈线性减小;宽度对平均压下率与压下率的影响较小。 The influences of cross-section shape and casting speed on reduction rate were studied based on reduction rate model in the process of continuous casting slab soft reduction. The results show that, in the reduction zone of continuous casting slab, the reduction rate and the average reduction rate decrease linearly along the throwing direction with the increase of the thickness and the casting speed. The width has smaller impacts on reduction rate and average reduction rate.
