摘要
以某板坯连铸机为研究对象,应用有限元软件MSC.Marc2005r2,基于二维模型和三维模型两种建模思路对连铸板坯的应力应变场进行了仿真分析,获得了板坯表面及内部应力应变分布。结果表明,板坯局部的应力应变值随着拉坯速度的增加而增大,且在二维模型和三维模型两种条件下获得的计算结果趋于一致。
According to the No.4 slab caster of certain steel plant,the stress and strain fields of continuous casting slab have been simulated based on two different modeling ways,namely 2D model and 3D model,by use of the commercial finite element software MSC.Marc 2005r2,and as result,the detailed external and internal distributions of stress and strain for slab have been obtained.From the simulation results,it shows that the local stress and strain of slab both augment with increase of casting speed,and the result...
