摘要
目前汽车用集成电路试验检测较为通用的是采用美国汽车电子技术委员会(AEC)制定的标准,由于标准制定和更新过程我国企业无法参与,技术细节无法参与讨论,导致我国汽车用集成电路无法参与国际竞争、无法打入整车市场,车用集成电路的优化升级和自主创新发展能力被严重制约。目前国内集成电路行业已具备一定的生产制造能力,但缺乏符合产业发展的国家统一的质量保证要求,急需研究适应产业发展的标准化路径,有效保障集成电路在汽车应用时的质量和可靠性水平。本文从车用集成电路行业现状、供应链到配套标准情况进行了研究分析,提出了集成电路标准化的路径建议,对推动车用集成电路标准化自主创新工作具有重要意义。
At present,the test and detection of automotive integrated circuits commonly use the standards developed by the Automotive Electronics Council(AEC)in the United States.The fact that Chinese enterprises cannot participate in the standards development and update process and the discussion of technical details results in that China’s automotive integrated circuits cannot participate in international competition or enter the vehicle market,thus the optimization,upgrading and independent innovation and development capabilities of automotive integrated circuits are seriously restricted.At present,the domestic integrated circuit industry has a certain production and manufacturing capacity,but lacks the national unified quality assurance requirements in line with industrial development.There is an urgent need to study the standardization path to adapt to industrial development to effectively ensure the quality and reliability level of integrated circuits in automotive applications.This paper analyzes the current situation,supply chain and supporting standards of the automotive integrated circuit industry,and puts forward suggestions on the path of integrated circuit standardization,which is of great significance for promoting the independent innovation of automotive integrated circuit standardization.
