摘要
2型糖尿病(T2DM)的糖尿病认知功能障碍(DACD)是一种常见的糖尿病并发症,其危险因素有血糖水平、脂代谢异常、高血压、胰岛素抵抗或不足等。表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(Epigallocatechin gallate,EGCG)是茶多酚中最有效的活性成分,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗动脉硬化、抗血栓形成、抗血管增生等作用。本文对EGCG对T2DM相关DACD中信号通路的影响进行综述,以期为T2DM的DACD的预防和治疗提供参考。
Diabetes-associated cognitive dysfunction in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus is a common complication of diabetes,and its risk factors include blood glucose levels,abnormal lipid metabolism,hypertension,insulin resistance or deficiency,etc.Epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG)is the most effective active ingredient in tea polyphenols and has antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-arteriosclerosis,anti-thrombosis,anti-vascular proliferation and other effects.This article reviews the pathways through which EGCG affects DACD in T2DM,in order to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of DACD in T2DM.
