摘要
查尔酮合成酶(chalcone synthetase,CHS)是植物体内类黄酮合成途径中的关键酶,为类黄酮的合成提供了基本骨架。类黄酮不仅在逆境的抵抗、抗病害和信号传导方面扮演重要角色,在临床上还具有防癌、抗氧化、抗疟疾和抗动脉硬化等功能。本研究围绕查尔酮合成酶的结构和定位、基因结构、翻译后调控和抗病机制等几个方面,对查尔酮合成酶在植物抗病中的研究进行综述,为进一步研究查尔酮合成酶的分子调控机制和分子抗病育种提供一定的参考。
Chalcone synthetase(CHS)is a key enzyme in the flavonoid biosynthesis pathway in plants,which provides a basic framework for flavonoid synthesis.Flavonoids not only play an important role in stress resistance,disease resistance and signal transduction,but also have the clinical functions of cancer prevention,anti-oxidation,anti malaria and anti atherosclerosis.This review focuses on the structure and location,gene structure,post translation regulation and disease resistance mechanism of chalcone synthase in plant disease resistance.It will provide some reference for further research on the molecular regulation mechanism of chalcone synthase and molecular disease resistance breeding.
