摘要
随着全球数字化转型和新一轮科技产业革命,“双师型”教师正面临着数字化能力发展、技术人才创新、主动适应新技术变革等难题与重任。在此背景下,采用问卷调查法对高职教师工作控制感对工作获得感的作用机制进行探究。结果显示:工作控制感对工作获得感具有正向预测作用;压力知觉在两者之间起部分中介作用;积极应对方式既调节工作控制感与压力知觉之间的关系,也调节压力知觉与工作获得感之间的关系。研究结果揭示了高职教师工作获得感的产生机制,可以通过增强工作控制感和降低压力知觉的方式来提升高职教师的工作获得感,同时积极应对方式也有助于压力知觉的降低和工作获得感的增强。
With the global digital transformation and a new round of scientific and technological industry revolution,dual-qualification teachers(with teaching and industry experience)are faced with challenges and responsibilities such as developing digital skills,innovating technical talents,and actively adapting to new technological changes.In this context,a questionnaire survey was adopted to explore the mechanism of job control perception on work satisfaction among higher vocational teachers.The results showed that job control perception positively predicts work satisfaction;stress perception plays a partial mediating role between the two;positive coping styles not only regulate the relationship between job control perception and stress perception,but also moderate the relationship between stress perception and work satisfaction.The findings reveal the generation mechanism of higher vocational teachers"job satisfaction,which can be improved by enhancing job control perception and reducing stress perception.Meanwhile,positive coping styles also contribute to reducing stress perception and enhancing work satisfaction.
