摘要
党和国家提出弘扬教育家精神、引领教育高质量发展的新要求,教师队伍建设的重要性进一步凸显,教育家精神引领下加强中小学青年教师队伍建设具有重要的现实意义。以教育家精神审视当前中小学青年教师队伍建设的现实困境,包括师德建设亟待加强,青年教师的培养和挖潜不够充分,青年教师的职业认同尚未有效内化,青年教师发展的工作机制有待持续改进。以教育家精神引领中小学青年教师队伍建设的应对策略在于强化中小学青年教师的师德引领作用,加强青年教师的持续跟踪培养,提升中小学青年教师的职业认同感,完善青年教师队伍建设的工作机制。
The Party and the country have put forward new requirements to promote the spirit of educators and lead the high-quality development of education.The importance of teacher team construction is further highlighted and strengthening the construction of young teachers in primary and secondary schools under the guidance of the spirit of educators has important practical significance.From the perspective of educators,the current challenges on the construction of young teachers in primary and secondary schools include the urgent need to strengthen teacher ethics,insufficient training and tapping of young teachers,ineffective internalization of their professional identity,and the need for continuous improvement in the working mechanism for the development of young teachers.The response strategy to guide the construction of young teachers in primary and secondary schools with the spirit of educators is to strengthen the role of moral guidance for young teachers,strengthen the continuous tracking and training of young teachers,enhance their professional identity and improve the working mechanism of young teacher team construction.
