摘要
目的 探讨赋权型混合式教学模式在外科护理学教学中的应用效果。方法 采用整体抽样法选取某医学院护理专业学生作为研究对象,对照组采用以课堂讲授为主的传统教学模式;实验组采用赋权型混合式教学模式。比较两组学生学业自我效能感量表、批判性思维能力量表得分及理论成绩。结果 实验组理论成绩、学业自我效能感量表及批判性思维能力量表得分均高于对照组(P<0.05),且教学后实验组学业自我效能感、批判性思维能力较教学前明显提高(P<0.05)。结论 赋权型混合式教学模式可增强学生学业自我效能感,提升其批判性思维能力、学习投入度及解决问题能力。
Objective To explore the application effect of empowered mixed teaching model in surgical nursing.Methods Overall sampling method was used to select surgical nursing students as the research object,and the control group received the traditional teaching mode mainly based on classroom lectures,and the experimental group received the empowered mixed teaching model.The Academic Self-efficacy Scale,Critical Thinking Ability Scale and theory scores of the two groups were compared.Results Experimental group′s theoretical scores,Academic Self-efficacy Scale and Critical Thinking Ability Scale scores were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and the experimental group′s academic self-efficacy and critical thinking ability were significantly higher th-an those of the control group(P<0.05)after the teaching.Conclusion Empowered mixed teaching model can enhance students′academic self-efficacy,critical thinking ability,learning engagement and problem-solving ability.
