韧性视角下湖南省生态与区域发展时空演化及影响机制

Spatio-temporal evolution and influencing mechanism of ecology and regional development in Hunan province from the perspective of resilience

摘要 【目的】生态文明建设是区域可持续发展的重要基石,区域整体发展与生态系统之间的协调对提高区域韧性具有重要的引导意义。通过对湖南省地级市生态系统与区域发展的耦合协调水平的时空分异分析,揭示影响地区协调发展差异和发展制约因素,为湖南省生态可持续、区域稳定协调发展提供参考路径。【方法】从韧性视角出发构建生态系统—区域发展协调理论框架与指标体系,采用线性加权综合评价和耦合协调度分析了2010—2020年湖南省生态系统与区域发展水平的时空演变,然后基于地理探测器、主成分回归分析、障碍度模型等方法进一步对两者耦合协调发展的影响机制进行探究。【结果】2010—2020年湖南省各市州的生态系统—区域发展的综合评分、耦合协调度均处于上升趋势,大致呈现“U”字形空间格局。在地区发展差异上,随着省域综合发展由东向西梯级推进,2020年耦合协调度形成东高西低的空间格局,发展差异先增后减,洞庭湖区的生态系统和大湘西地区的区域发展评分仍为四大板块最末。在系统协调上,湖南省十年间从濒临失调发展提升为初级协调发展,然而生态系统的增长仍滞后于区域发展,大部分地区生态系统未充分发挥生态基底优势。【结论】这十年间湖南省综合发展水平总体趋向均衡,但长株潭地区和大湘西地区差距依然明显。韧性视角下,生态网络和城市活动联系网络的协同发展有助于提升区域耦合协调度水平。人均绿地面积、生态连通性、城市夜间活力与耦合协调度提升具有较强关联,生态连通性、固体废弃物综合利用率、人均实际使用外商投资额则是重要阻碍因子。 【Objective】The construction of ecological civilization is an important cornerstone of regional sustainable development,and the coordination between the overall development of the region and the ecosystem has important guiding significance for improving regional resilience.Through the analysis of the spatio-temporal differentiation of the coupling and coordination level between the ecosystem and regional development of prefecture level cities in Hunan province,the differences and development constraints affecting regional coordinated development were revealed,providing a reference path for the ecological sustainability and regional stable coordinated development of Hunan province.【Method】From the perspective of resilience,the theoretical framework and index system of the coordinated development of ecosystem and regional development were constructed.Linear weighted comprehensive evaluation and coupling coordination analysis were used to examine the level of ecosystem and regional development in Hunan Province from 2010 to 2020,as well as the spatio-temporal evolution of the coupling between the two systems.Then,the influence mechanism of regional coupled coordinated development was further explored based on the methods of Geodetector,principal component regression analysis and obstacle degree model.【Result】From 2010 to 2020,the comprehensive evaluation and coupling coordination degree of ecosystem&regional development in various cities and prefectures of Hunan province were on the rise,showing a roughly U-shaped spatial pattern.In terms of regional development differences,with the gradual advancement of provincial comprehensive development from east to west,the coupling coordination degree formed a spatial pattern of high in the east and low in the west in 2020.The development differences first increased and then decreased,and the ecological system of the Dongting Lake area and the regional development score of the western of Hunan were still rated as the last of the four major sectors.In terms of syste
