摘要
教育数字化转型是驱动应用型本科高校高质量人才培养、塑造高等教育高质量发展新优势的重要抓手。教育数字化转型赋能应用型本科高校高质量人才培养的逻辑机理主要体现在突破时空界限、变革教学模式、促进协同育人、推进组织转型等方面。当前,应用型本科高校面临教育理念有待优化、师生数字技术应用能力相对不足、实践应用场景不完善、信息化管理与服务能力有待提升等现实困境,需要从强化教育数字化驱动、筑牢教育数字化转型根基、建设“数字+”专业课程体系、提升教师数字素养与技能、完善数据驱动的教学评价体系、借助数字技术深化校企合作等方面入手,提高应用型、创新型、复合型人才培养的质量。
The digitalization transformation of education is an important means of driving high-quality talent cultivation in application-oriented undergraduate universities,as well as creating new advantages in the high-quality development of higher education.The logical mechanism of the digitalization transformation of education enabling the high-quality talent cultivation in application-oriented undergraduate universities is mainly embodied in breaking through the boundaries of space and time,changing the teaching modes,promoting collaborative education,and advancing organizational transformation.Currently,there are some realistic dilemmas that the education concept needs to be optimized,the ability of teachers and students to apply digital technology is relatively insufficient,the practical application scenarios are imperfect,and informatization management and service competence needs to be upgraded,so it is necessary to address these difficulties beginning with the following aspects:strengthening the digitalization drive in education,building the solid foundation of educational digitalization transformation,constructing a“digital+”professional curriculum system,enhancing teachers digital literacy and skills,perfecting the data-driven teaching evaluation system,and deepening the cooperation between universities and enterprises using digital technology,thus to improve the cultivation quality of application-oriented,innovation-type,and compound talents.
