摘要
目的探讨护患沟通在妇科护理工作中的应用方法及其效果,为临床实践提供依据。方法选取本院收治的200例患者为研究对象。根据患者入院的先后顺序,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。对照组实施妇科常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用护患沟通技巧进行沟通,比较观察组和对照组的心理状态和护理满意度,评估护患沟通技巧的效果。结果观察组的焦虑、抑郁、疾病不确定感评分均明显低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在妇科护理工作中应用护患沟通技巧可以有效缓解患者的不良情绪,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application methods and effects of nurse patient communication in gynecological nursing work,and provide a basis for clinical practice.Methods 2oo patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects.According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 10 cases in each group.The control group received routine gynecological care,while the observation group used nurse patient communication skills to communicate on the basis of the control group.The psychological status and nursing satisfaction of the observation group and the control group were compared,and the effectiveness of nurse patient communication skills was evaluated.Results The anxiety,depression,and disease uncertainty scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<o.05).Conclusion The application of nurse patient communication skills in gynecological nursing can effectively alleviate patients'negative emotions and improve nursing satisfaction.
