摘要
基于LED存在光辐射危害风险问题,利用光辐射安全测量系统测量手持式LED灯光辐射危害的辐照度以及辐亮度,运用矩阵法分析光辐射对人体眼睛视网膜的伤害严重程度为“严重”等级,且伤害发生的可能性为“V”至“VI”等级,最终判定手持式LED灯的安全风险等级范围为“中等风险”至“低风险”,并提出具有指导性的建议。
Based on the risk of optical radiation hazards in LED,a optical radiation safety measurement system is used to measure irra-diance and radiance of optical radiation hazards in handheld LED lights.The matrix method is used to analyze the degree of damage to the human retina caused by optical radiation,which is classified as"serious",and the likelihood of injury occurring is rated as"V"to"VI".Finally,the risk assessment range of handheld LED lights is determined to be"medium risk"to"low risk",provide guiding suggestions.
